The 800g/m2 non-woven geotextiles are made by non-woven process technology,selects polyester staple fiber with high monofilament strength and excellent thickness ratio as raw material after underwent adequate scutching.The state-of-the-art high speed needle punching production line is adopted,its roll width is up to 8 meters.
Porperties:
Be of excellent quality and wide adaptability, adopted by digital constant temperature oven composite process with high precision, ultraviolet resistance, the width is up to 8meters, can greatly reduce quality problem due to construction and other man-made cause, and accelerate the project progress.

Certifications
From the requirement of the European market for the construction product, it should be complied with EU standard, for the Geotextile products, according to the different intend use, it should be refer with Construction Product Directive (89/106/EEC) with harmonized standards such as EN13249, EN13250 and EN15381. We, Yixin shenzhou geotextile company as a professional manufactory has notified for this issue, and have applied the CE marking with European recognition Notified Body 1301 since 2010.
However, Construction Product Regulation (CPR) 305/2011/EU has replaced the construction products directive (CPD) 89/106/EEC since 1st, July, 2013. It would required the manufactory also updated the related technical documents according to this new regulation. Since our CE certification was issued by Notified Body under AoC sytem 2+, so we have done the necessary documentation training according to CPR 305/2011/EU.
