2. Gel coat curing area apply clip flatten roller, easy operation & good tensioning effect.

3. Impregnation platform multi-line independent temperature control, temperature control is precise, able to better adapt change of ambient temperature, quick impregnation, speed of production could be improved effectively;

4. Pulse free metering system, accurate metering & wide flow rate adjustment range. It can add powder filler.

5. Intellectualized control system based on PLC, double-computer operation. Setting of production task and parameters of equipment running is more fast and visual, degree of automation is high, production operation personnel are able to complete the production by short-term training.

6. Three independent heating oven, Independent temperature control system. Machine can be heating faster. Accurate temperature control. Improve qualities of products. Reduce power consumption & machine starting time.

7. Roving chopper speed can be synchronous with the production line.

8. Special cross cutting machine, good synchronization performance. Accurate cutting.

FRP Sheet characters
1. Goodtenacity. No cracking phenomenon when driving nails in roof installation
2. Having close combining with color steel plate. Cross- section thickness is uniform. The shape of FRP sheet is consistent with steel plate.
3. Transmittance loss rate is low. No yellowing phenomenon after long term service.
4. Thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of steel plate. No cracking and water leakage in nail driving place because of expand with heat and contract with cold.
