Taishan Artificial Turf Industry Co., Ltd is a professional manufacture of sports and landscaping artificial turf. Taishan Turf owns a large-scale modern production base in Leling, Shandong province, North China while setting up its marketing center in Beijing. Taishan Turf and East China University of Science and Technology jointly found the ECUST (China University of Sciencce and Technology) Taishan Sports Materials R&D Center. Now Taishan Turf has taken the lead in artifical turf industry and joined the top 3 rank in the global artiical turf industry. Taishan turf has passed ISO9001 International Quality Management System certificate, ISO14001 International Environmental Management System certificate, and China Environmental Labeling certificate. It is the first turf manufacturer in China that acquires the FIFA field certification and the first one in China that gets the product certification issued by FIH (Federation International Hockey). Taishan Turf is also the first company that gets the approval from General Administration of Sport of China. Moreover, we are proudly to be a Chinese Artificial Turf Standards designer.

Stretching Equipments

Taishan's Stretching technology reaches the global leading standard with all production process automated. The stretching machine and parts are purchased from Starlinger in Austria, SAHM in German and RIETER in France, which enable Taishan to produce the high-quality yarn.

 

Tufting Equipments

Taishan owns a world-class tufting machine designed by British company Cobble. Its tufting line is fully controlled by computer system. The unique production technology and superior equipment performance qualify Taishan to meet various demands.

 

 

Coating Equipments

Taishan owns two kinds coating lines, latex and PU coating. The PU coating machine is produced by Perpetual who has the experience of acquiring equipment technology for over 120 years and machine production for 52 years. Apart from regular PU coating, Taishan is able to produce secondary foaming coating.
