  1.Automatic Melting Furnace controls are easy to use and allows precision setting of any desired temperature.

2. It utilises a thermocouple which is used by the temperature controller to control the “ON” time, for the furnace to reach the desired temperature.
 3.Once the desired temperature is reached, it will maintain that temperature by the controller switching the power to the furnace “ON” or “OFF” as required, in order to maintain the desired temperature. 
4.The tongs wrap around the crucible top recessed ring, allowing a safe method of removing the crucible for pouring.
An insulated lid lowers down onto the top of the crucible, reducing heat loss.

Setting the required temperature

Be sure the front power switch is in the OFF position, green switch for power supply switch, red switch for heating switch.
2. Connecting the furnace to your electrical supply, turn on the green switch, the top read-out (PV) displays the actual temperature inside the crucible during operation. The bottom readout (SV) displays the setting temperature 1100℃/2192F you enter into the furnace.

1. Using the tongs included with the furnace, grasp the crucible around the grooves in its upper sleeve
2. 5. Beginning with small pieces, slowly add metal to the crucible— fill the crucible only to 1/4–1/3 of its capacity 

at first

Pour metal liquid process

1. After 15minutes, setting temperature is reached.
2. Wait for 5minutes, open the lid with insulating gloves and glasses to check
3. If melted, metal liquid will appear, it not melted, go on melting.
4. Put it on the insulating tray, wait for cooling with 10 second.
