    BEST G24q/GX24q EB(Electronic Ballast/ECG) lamp series are designed to directly replace compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) . Just plug and play. No need to rewire or bypass the ballast. 

BEST also owns unique patent for LED retrofit products. There is "No LED Driver" inside the lamp, which can provide ultra high reliability, a long 50,000-hour lifespan, maintenance-free, energy-saving operation and higher performance, as well as instant-on capabilities.

Safety in LED Tube: 

Over-current and overheat fuse protection.
Only passive electronic components on PCB.
All of electronic parameters are the same as CFL.
Without built-in driver.
No active components on PCB, such as capacitors or inductors.

Not cause for Electric arc/spark High temperature.

Reliability in LED Tube:

Manufactured with LM 80 qualified LED light engine only .
Fig. 1,2 & 3 shows that LED chip at 55°C has the best performance and can be guaranteed 60,000 hours life time.
The temp of LED chip in our design is lower than 55 °C to ensure 60,000 hours life time.
