Overview

 

 PT-L02A oil liquid particle counter is in line with ISO4406, with high-pressure pump,  of which pressure is up to 1MPa, the maximum viscosity is up to1500cST. it is widely used in aerospace, electric power,  petroleum,  chemical industry,  transportation, port,  metallurgy,  machinery,  automobile manufacturing and other fields.  It is mainly used for solid particle contamination detection of the hydraulic oil,  lubricating oil,  transformer oil (insulating oil),  turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene,  water-based hydraulic oil.  In addition,  it is also used for the detection of insoluble particles of organic liquid and polymer solution.  

PT-L02A oil liquid particle counter is using laser block method,  with import semiconductor laser light source of long life and high stability; 24 detection channels; imported precision syringe pump sampling control system, high precision sampling, sampling volume is set arbitrarily; 7 inch true color large-screen LCD touch display, built-in calibration curves and powerful database management module, easy to operate; USB interface, data storage is not restricted, you can easily transfer data and save them to your computer.

 

 

Features

1. Imported semiconductor laser and specific integrated driver chips, can ensure the stability and long life of the sensor;

2. Adopts imported precision syringe pump sampling system, sampling is of high precision;

3. Positive/negative sample chamber device to achieve sample degassing and high viscosity sample testing;

4. 24 test channels, with functions of detecting particle size distribution and statistics;

5.Built-in ISO4406,GB/T14039, NAS1638, JBT9737.1, SAE749D, GJB420A,GJB420B, DL/T1096 particulate contamination level standards and user-defined particle channel settings; can built-in required standard according to user requirements;

6. Instrument calibration according to GB/T18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999, JJG066-95), ISO4402, latex standard, and can achieve automatic size conversion of different standards;

7. Built-in dedicated relational database software, and can query the desired result, datastorage is unrestricted, with intuitive display and data analysis histogram, can analyze data conveniently;

8. Large screen TFT LCD display, touch-screen operation, and user-friendly interactive interface, give customers good user experience;

9. External USB interface, directly save data to a computer thru U disk, also connect a computer thru RS232 serial port. Can analyze, check and print out prior internal data in the computer;

10. Can be equipped with high-pressure pump, pressure up to 1MPa, maximum viscosity 1500cSt;

11. Can be used with maximum 2000ml large volume sampler.
