When you receive a product from Qun Long, it must be debuged by our production staffs,technical staff and warehouse management. And our technical staffs have more than 10 years experience. 3.How many days can you receive the products?

Product in stock will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time is about 5-7 days.


4.How to shipping the product?

Product will be sent by International Express by air. Such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, SF.


5.What is our return policy?

You are allowed to return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt. To return products,please contact our customer service with your invoice number, the item to be returned and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned freight prepaid. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Products can not be returned back when the products have been used or modified.
