STEEL STRAPPING SEAL 

 

1. OPEN TYPE

Fast and easy to use, open seals can be placed over the strap before or after tensioning.

 

 

 

2. PUSH TYPE

The strap is pre-threaded through the seal prior to tensioning. The overlapping flange feature provides the required strength as the tensioner pusher against the edge of the seal.

3. THREAD-ON TYPE

Also referred to as closed seals, the strap is pre-threaded through the seal prior the tensioning.

4. OPEN-FLANGE TYPE

Used for heavy duty or high tensile, the open flange allows placement over the strap, before or after tensioning.

5. MAGAZINE-FEED TYPE

These securely stacked seals are easily loaded into combination strapping tools or power strapping machines.

PET STRAPPING SEAL 

 

1. SERRATED SEAL

The serrated metal seal are designed with inside threads that securely grip any type of PET strapping. Serrated seal are mostly used with polyester strapping.They are also widely used with regular polypropylene plastic strapping.

 

2. DOTTED SEAL

The dotted metal seal are have a dotted finish inside the strapping seal to grip the strapping. The dotted designs helps eliminating the plastic strapping from getting loose inside the seal.

 

 

PACKAGING OF SEALS

Normally, steel seals are packed by brown carton, could be 1000 pcs/2000pcs/5000pcs per carton. It depends on different sizes. All steel seal cartons are stacked and secured on a pallet.
