Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are Trading branch of our factory, We major accept order from Clients, Our factory/workroom major producing. We trading branch and our factory are one team.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if there is stocks. or it is 5-14 days if without stocks.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we are glad offer free sample if we have stocks and client only afford the ship cost.

Q: What size can you make?

A: We can make tubes diameter from 5 mm to 550 mm, Unit length can up to 6 m, And we accept OEM.

Q: Does client need buy mold?

A: We supply molds 300 tons, If we have suitable mold, clients no need to buy,If we don’t have suitable mold, Clients need to buy at first time, When clients quantity up to a certain amount, The mold cost will return back to clients.

Q: What is the mode of transportation.

 A:  If small quantity, The first choice is by courier, Like DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS etc.

   If quantity is big, We can arrange transport by sea or by air,It can save many ship cost after all.

Q: If we  receive  your products, but find quality is not good, How will you do?

A: Don’t worry about it, Please contact with us at first time, If it is our problem, We will afford the responsibility and give you a satisfied answer.
