Metal Melting Furnace meets the needs for individuals who are melting small to medium jobs. 

The unit is light and compact for easy travel.


Pour non-ferrous alloys for casting and ingot-making in one smooth motion with fewer spills and far less heat loss in this tilt-pour furnace.
•One furnace package comes with one piece of Graphite crucible 1kg 2kg
  One same furnace can melt 2kg 3kg 4kg,which is extra optional
•Automatic shut off/on.
It comes with durable construction and made of double walled stainless steel. 
For enhanced thermal efficiency ceramic fiber is used between outer and inner chambers. 
The temperature is regulated by a microprocessor based digital controller which ensures temperature stability of +/-1°C.
For safe operation of the equipment, over temperature controller protects the heating elements.

JIUCHEN Furnace Adopts new advanced SIC material with no crack no distortion under normal temp 1-1250℃,which prevents disadvantage of short work life with traditional ceramic fiber, quartz chambers.

Other similar furnace adopts traditional chamber material:ceramic fiber, quartz with easy crack and distort after use 2-3 times,which easily lead to short circuit and reduce work life.

Setting the required temperature

Be sure the front power switch is in the OFF position, green switch for power supply switch, red switch for heating switch.
2. Connecting the furnace to your electrical supply, turn on the green switch, the top read-out (PV) displays the actual temperature inside the crucible during operation. The bottom readout (SV) displays the setting temperature 1100℃/2192F you enter into the furnace.
The setting temperature suits melting gold, silver, copper etc. The temperature thermostat allows you to set the desired melting temperature between room temperature to 1150℃/2192F.
Operation Process

Smelting
1. Open furnace cover, put the crucible by tongs with melting materal into the furnace, close Lid.
2. Turn on the red switch, press the red button to start the melting process, the round indicator light will be light. Then the thermostat control melting automatically.

Pour metal liquid process

1. After 15minutes, setting temperature is reached.
2. Wait for 5minutes, open the lid with insulating gloves and glasses to check
3. If melted, metal liquid will appear, it not melted, go on melting.
4. Put it on the insulating tray, wait for cooling with 10 second.

Packaging Details

The normal package is Carton box(Size: 30L*33W*48H CM). If order above 10 units ,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
Note:Plug type is normal International type,you can choose other plug type
