1.Advantage of our product.

1).PLC control system:

The glass production process can be controlled by computer. The heating time and temperature can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass. It can be operated easily and reduce mistakes.

Lightning protection and voltage regulation device, enable 220V - 440V 3-phase power supply.

2).Heating system:

Adopt 304 stainless steel heating unit, carpet style heating. The temperature increase quickly and heat evenly. Increase the finished product yield.

The heating wire is outside for easy maintenance.

3). Vacuum system:

Adopt Germany design vacuum pump which can works constantly for 24 hours. The vacuum rate of our machine can reach -0.09-0.098Mpa.

The vacuum pump is equipped with vacuum buffer tank, it makes sure no wastes products when suddenly power off. It can keep vacuum for 12 hours.

Imported silicone bag which with good sealing, anti-aging and high tear-resistance can stand 180 centigrade high temperature and glass accumulative ply 36mm.

4).Heat-insulation system:

The body frame is use energy-saving design and use bearing steel, high bearing capacity. It covers a small area.

Our machine adopt 10cm thick customized composite, it can avoid the hot air spread out of the machine. It improves the mechanical strength and heat preservation.
