Q1.Can you provide free samples for testing? What is the samples size?
A:Yes, we are happy to send you free samples for your testing, just only need you to pay for the courier freight which will be refunded when you place regular order to us. The samples will be A4 size or 2-3meters length roll.
Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than. For full container order, it will be need around 3-4weeks.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Normally we have no MOQ, 1 roll order is okay. However, if we have no stock or unusual size, We need a certain amount,please contact our sales check it.
Q5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes, we can arrange by air or by sea for you.
Q6. How to proceed an order?
A: 1) Firstly Please specify and tell us your requirements specification parameters, specifically as follows：
a.Materials: 100% polyester or 100% cotton or Poly-Cotton blend.
b. Surface: Matte or Glossy or Semi-glossy.
c. Ink type: Dye or Pigment or Eco-Solvent or UV or Latex.
d. Weight: normally, polyester canvas form 200gsm to 280gsm, cotton and poly-cotton canvas form 280 to 450gsm.
e. Size: 24"/44"/36"/42"/50"/60"/126"*18M/30M/50M or Custom Size.
f. Quantities
2) Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3) Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
4) Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q7. How about OEM & Special customized size? Is it OK to print my logo or company on your product or package?
A: Yes. Welcome OEM order. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We can produce according to your size.

We will feedback you within 24 hours, responsible for any problem, ensure problem would be solved in time.
