High quality is guaranteed by the usage of high tensile, low elongation, direct spinning monofilament 100% polyester yarns (not split yarns which are weak), strict quality control in each production process and final inspection by our Quality Control System. At Final Inspection, every meter of fabric is inspected for any kind of fault according to our Quality Control System. Only tested, approved, without-fault, A-Grade fabric is sold to our customers. 

 

Maishi Group can weave all the specifications according to international standard. Other non-standard specification can negotiate according to customer's order. Most of our mesh are in stock.

We provide precision filter fabrics for liquid filtration, separation and sifting, with special-made processing machines and equipment, MAISHI is capable of heat-slitting mesh into mesh ribbons without fraying edges.
It is widely used in filteration (wather,flour, juices. soybean milk, oil, cheese, air purification, power coating filtering in industry etc. ), printing and dyeing, the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, cement, environmental dedusting etc.

 

We have two kind of packing:
1.Screen printing mesh in rolls
- pack the mesh with paper tube and plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for large quantites and ocean shipping.

2.Screen printing mesh with fold
- fold the mesh into plastic bag, then in carton.
Suitable for small quantites have no requirement on the crease.
