1. Can you do my own design?

Yes, we can and welcome your own designs, however, there will be a sample fee which will be refunded in the bulk, thanks for your understanding.



2.What information is needed for the quotation?

Please kindly provide the details infromation including material(fabric construction), size, color, pattern, quantity, packing details. If there are pictures for reference will be better.



3.How do you promise the quality?

We have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during production, your factory audit is also welcome. Further, we provide after-sale services.



4.How about the shipping terms?

For sample: FedEx,DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS, etc, or as your request.

For bulk: air or sea. Air is fast but expensive, sea is economy but slower than air.



5.What is your MOQ?

The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material and so on.

6. Are you trading company or manufacturer?

7.What is your payment term?

For items in stock: full payment before shipping.

For make-to-order term: 30% deposit by T/T before producing, 70% balance by the BL copy.



After-Sales Service

-1. After receiving the products, if you find the number of the products are missing, or products in bad quality, pls take pictures immediately to collect evidence, and send us. After we verify it, we will compensate in your next order.

-2. If the products are damaged because of buyers' reason, we are not responsible for the damage.
