We design the drinking fountain with special considerations for pet owners.

The LED light will flash out to remind you of refilling the inner tank when the water is below the indicator.

Even if you are too busy to take care of the watering system, EVERSWET works with auto power off mode to better protect the pump.

Moreover, the glowing light would also remind you it's time to change the filter.

Filter Change Reminder:

The orange light will be flashed when the filter needs to be replaced.

How much water does this pet water fountain hold? What are the dimension of the fountain? 

 This fountain can hold 2L water.A large amount of water. Product size is :18cm(L)X18cm(W)X15cm(H).

Does it turn off automatically when water level is too low?

 Yes,  it would be turned off when water is not enough. 

How does the Smart mode work? does it fill water automatically when it's empty? is there a sensor?

 Smart mode means an Energy saving mode. In smart mode has a difference when in daytime and night ,daytime fountain purify water every two minutes , and send fresh water out for three minutes .It will work three minutes in every hour overnight.  We call it smart mode.

Is it a 110v, 220v or international version?

 It is compatible with 110V to 240V. The power Adapter included in package has voltage transforming function, the final output voltage is 12V.

Is this dishwasher safe?

 YES, it is safe 100%

 We designed it , the inside box can be taken out for washing. It is safe and no risks. the outside box only need to scrub. 

Since customer service won't respond to email, how does one reset the filter reminder? I changed my filter, but the light is still blinking.

 You can see at the bottom of fountain ,there has a filter reset button, Kindly press it for 5s , then the filter reminder can update the changing and work perfectly.
