Introduction:

Genome Plant DNA Kits provide a fast and easy way to purify DNA from fresh, frozen or lyophilized plant tissue. Up to 100 mg of tissue can be processed using the GenomePlantDNA Kit. GenomePlantDNA procedures provide pure total DNA (genomic, mitochondrial,and chloroplast) in less than 1 hour. Purification requires no phenol, chloroform or alcohol precipitation and involves minimal handling. It ensures complete removal of all inhibitors for PCR and other enzymatic reactions. DNA purified using the kit is up to 40 kb in size, with fragments of 20-35 kb predominating. DNA purified using the kit is highly suited for use in all downstream applications, including PCR, Real-Time PCR, Southern Blotting, microsatellite analysis, SNP genotyping.

 

 

Store :RNase A: store at -20°C.

Before starting, please add RNase A to Buffer PI, mix well and store at 4°C.

Other reagent can be store at room temperature.

 

If precipitate forms in the buffers during storage, it should be redissolved by incubating the buffers at 37°C before use.
