Usually in our country is 220v/50hz, single phase , or 380v/50hz, 3 phase.Customized voltage can be made according to your requirement.

2.How about the guarantee of your machine ? 
Quality guarantee time is 1 year and life-long after sale service.we are responsible for Malfunctions which are caused by machine self . Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.

3.We are not in China,how can you deliver machines to us ? 
Do not worry about delivery. We can help you to arrange delivery by Sea, by Air and by Express. If you have forwarder in China, your forwarder are welcome to come to us to pick up the cargo . 

4.What should I do if i get in trouble while using?

Don't worry about that. We are always be pleased to provide using support to clients. We would like to take a video to show how to solve the problem at the first time , and write instruction details to you.

5.How to pay :

We accept payment by T/T, Western Union, Trade Assurance, Money Gram, Alipay and L/C( Amount exceed 10,000USD). Prepayment is 40% of total amount, then we prepare the machine, after machine ok, we send the pictures for buyer's confirmation. If everything ok, the customers should pay for the rest amount.
