Nanjing Tianshi can produce micronized waxes with different melt point, viscosity and hardness. The distribution of particle size and wettability is better. When Temperature and pressure is above fluid's critical temperature and critical pressure, the fluid is called supercritical fluid(SCF).
Controlling the termperature of supercritical co2, we produce the micro powder of polymer with high shear rate and rapid expansion.
Because of very high speed and very short expansion time of supercritical fluid, there are severe perturbation and infinite super saturation, the polymer nuleate and the micro powder have good particle uniformity.

Carnauba is a natural substance derived from a plant native to Brazil. And carnauba wax is as hard as concrete, non-toxic, hypoallergenic and has a very high heat tolerance.

Characteristics and Purposes
Ø Twax-1602 has uniform particle size, easy to disperse, can improve the scratch resistance and slip of the coating, and can provide good gloss and transparency.
Ø Twax-1602 can be used for solvent-based gravure printing ink and water-based flexo ink.
Ø Twax-1602 can be used for UV coatings and inks.
Ø In leather finishing, it can be used to do all kinds of polish effects and hand feeling.
Contents and Methods of Use
Ø In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Ø Can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks by high speed stirring.
Ø It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device, must pay attention to the temperature controlling.
Ø Can make wax slurry first, and add into the systems when needed, by which can reduce the dispersion time.
