Q6. Is it possible to print my logo? A: Yes. Please inform us before production and confirm the design based on our samples. The logo can be produced in two ways, one is the direct drop molding process on the mold, and the other is digital printing or other printing processes. We will implement the production methods we need according to your needs.
Q7: Do you guarantee the product? Is it in line with environmental requirements? A: Yes, our materials are tested by the California Act 65 and the EU environmental testing standards. If you need to test the product itself, you can entrust SGS or a third-party authoritative testing agency to test the quality of our products.
Q8: How to deal with faults? A: First of all, our products are produced in a strict quality control system with a defect rate of less than 0.2%. (We control our product production process in full accordance with the US “SPC” model, so that all production processes are digitally monitored.
