2. What is your payment term?
Our usual payment term is 30% as deposit, the balanced T/T before delivery. For the order more than $20,000, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. For sample order, we accept the payment by PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram.

3. What is your delivery time?
The delivery time will depend on the quantity of your order and how many order we are under processing. Usually the delivery time is about 7-15 days. Sometimes we have to extend the delivery time as we have some big orders from the government. If you need some samples, we can finish it in 3-5 days if you are urgent.

4. What is the safety norm for your products?
We will consider the safety norm when develop, design, manufacture, and install the products. Our products got many certificate by both our company and customers.

5. Can you send the products to my place?
Sure, we can help you arrange the delivery to your country. But usually we will arrange the delivery to the customers’ nearest port in their country and the customers arrange the delivery from the port to their place.

6. Can I install the products myself?
Yes. We will provide you the detailed installation instruction. All of our customers can put up the playground themselves with the help from us. But for large indoor playground more than 200 square meter, it’s better to ask our worker to help you install it. Maybe the cost will be a bit higher but it will shorten the time greatly.
