Air shaft is a kind of special-made shaft for winding or unwinding,when it inflated by high-pressure,the surface of it can be raised up,so it can hold the paper core tightly and after deflating the air,the surface will quickly retract,so that you can take off the paper core.The advantage of using air shaft is that it can greatly improve the working effeciency.
There are 4types of air shafts according to its structure:
1.key strip type(This type is the most popular type,it's cheaper and strong)

4.Through key type

We adopt hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube as the shaft body . Thickness is uniform so when the rubber balloon inside is inflated ,all key strips will stick out at same height .And it will greatly weaken centrifugal force of the whole air shaft when it is rotating and will keep a dynamic balance.This kind of tube is 460 dollars more expensive per ton than other materials


2).High performance spare parts
The key strips we used are whole piece of aluminium alloy plate,and they will be good protectors to the rubber balloon. Besides,we adopt pagoda spring which won’t be broken even compressed or stretched 300000 times.


3). Interference fit
The connection of shaft head and and body is interference fit.It will ensure the quality and precision.We use a powerful press machine which can produce 80t thrust to realize the connection. And this kind of connection is different from other suppliers.They usually hit shaft head into the body with a hammer, which will be easily damaged by heavy load . And the screw on it is easy to loosen.
