The material falls to the high-speed rotating turn plate. With the effect of strong centrifugal force, the material in the plate hammer function area will impact with hammers on the rotor. Then the material will be thrown into the counter attack device for second crushing. After that, the materials will be rebounded to the former area from the impactor lining board for further crushing. This process will be repeated until desired purpose is achieved. The finished products will be discharged from the discharge port. To control the granularity and the shape of the material, you can adjust the space between the impact rack and the rotor.

1)Scope of application
The ideal granularity of material is between 100-500mm, the Max. granularity should not exceed the regulated figure. The output capacity is decided by the following issues: (a) Ore compressive strength≤200Mpa; (b) Surface moisture content≤2%; (c) Ore stacking density is 1.6t/m3; (d) Continuous and even feeding within the full-width range of rotor.
