Used to storage the enough coil to keep line working in best condition, also help to coodinate with each parts speed micro different, have sensor inside the pit to adjust each parts working speed in same

Guider used to guiding sheet going with correct way to the slitter, manual adjust the width by hand-wheel
(6) NC length measure
Used to measure the sheet length, and send signal to cutting machine to cutting, also give the sheet secondary leveling, adopts import servo motor system cut length with high accuracy, just set data in touch screen, easy to control, also can set sheet quantity in data display
(7) hydro shear
Usage and structure: used to test the length through NC length measure device, cut by hydraulic motor, adjust the cutting gap through housing since cut different thickness of plate, blade 4 side cutting available, burr forward upper, it can be anti-damage to the belt.
(8) Belt conveyor
Used to conveying the cut plates, drive by AC motor, it can be cooperate with line speed
(9) auto stacker
Usage and structure: Used to collecting the plate then stacking to pallets. With pneumatic and oil pressure in stacking. It has fan power support since Plate dropping, it can be anti-scratch. Photoelectric switch control lift table lift, keep working table and lift table in suitable distance
