Q2. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.We could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q3: Is it possible to make the special hanger style upon my request? A: OEM&ODM is available, you can show us the design plan, and it is better to ship us your original sample.
Q4: If the products are broken during the transportation, how can I do? A: You can show us the broken products by photos or video . After confirming the situation, we will resend you products with the same quantity of broken products.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo ? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
