Custom Nautical Flag
The system of international maritime signal flags are a way of sending messages to and from ships. The various flags represent alphabetic and numeric messages. Each flag has been made with quality nylon fabric. The colorful panels have been double stitched together. The flags are 6 in. wide x 10 in. to 15 in. high and are separated by 6 in. of cord with 36 in. ties at both ends. The total length is over 40 feet and consists of a combination of 40 flags and pennants. Our flags are recommended for nautical parties and decorative purposes only. They are not official sizes or colors.

Materials/Components: The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.
Machinery/Production Process: We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support: Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
