a. Blank sample is free to check the structure and material,if you do not mind to bear the postage.

b. For customize printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the cost on film&printing.

c. After sample paid and design file confirmed,it needs 3-5days to make the sample, and 4-7days to ship by express.

4. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, PSD, CDR, PDF format.

5. Can you do the design for us?

6. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Normally 7-15days more than 10000 pcs.
