1. This film blowing machine is specially designed to blow zip film. 

2. It adopts the spiral die heads to blow out the film and the zipper strip at the same time;

3. It can make different kinds of normal zip lock bags, slider zip lock bags and double zipper-bag film,double zipper strip film,kangaroo bag film saddle bag film etc, according to the customers’ various special requirements.

2. 2. According to the special demand of the material flow rate during the process of making zip lock bag,its charging barrel and the screw that the machine are made of the high quality alloy steel, and they are chrome plated, having the features of strong abrasive resistance, heat resistance and deformation resistance.


3. 3. The tail frame of this machine adopts the torque motor single reeling machine, which overcomes the shortcoming of the over length of machine, reduces the floor area of the machine and decreases the quantity of waste product..


4. 4. This machine adopts the automatic inflation controller, which makes it easy to control the tube film size and thickness.
