Introduction:
This sterilizer is widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, jam, condiments, beer, butter, ice cream, egg products, etc. pasteurization, high-temperature sterilization and UHT sterilization, very suitable for small and medium batch production. This machine set heating, sterilizing, cooling, automatic cleaning as a whole, it's the ideal sterilizing equipment for food industry and biopharmaceutical industry.
Main Features:
1. The sterilization temperature can be set according to the requirements of pasteurization, high-temperature sterilization, ultra-high temperature sterilization, sterilization temperature 65~135℃ can be adjusted.
2. All food contact parts are made of SUS304, gaskets and seals made of food grade fluorine rubber, connected by DIN sanitary pipe fittings.
3. In the display output, the machine is equipped with digital display temperature control system and timing sterilization control system, sterilization temperature, sterilization time, pump start and pause time can be selected according to user requirements .
