200g/m2 12K unidirectional carbon fiber fabric/cloth/roll

Unidirectional carbon fiber fabric is woven by shuttle loom with carbon fiber filament. Because of the outstanding features carbon fiber, unidirectional carbon fiber fabric is widely used in indurstry for building reinforcements.

steps of unidirectional carbon fiber farbic project operation:
concrete surface preparation, crack repair, leak stop, get rid of the aged, loose concrete part

brush primer (0.2-0.4kg/m2)
base surface preparation( putty 1.0-1.5kg/m2)
brush epoxy resin on the surface(0.4-0.5kg/m2)
stick the carbon fiber fabric onto structure
saturate the fabric by brushing epoxy resin along the fabric, ensure that there is no bubble existing in the composite matrix( very crucial) 0.1-0.2kg/m2
if more following carbon fiber fabric layer, brush 4-6times each layer
FRP wrap operation is completed, however, keep the structure from any impact during the following 24hrs

A: Yes, you are welcome place a sample order to test and check quality your side before you place the bulk order. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please let us know your courier account number to deliver it freight collected.

Q2: What is the lead time of an order?

A: For our standard product, sample order only needs 1-3 days, mass production usual needs 10-15 days but it’s according to the order quantity.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Yes, we have different MOQ limit according to the type of product you want, but usually MOQ is small.

Q4: Can you accept mixed batch of different products?

A: Yes, we support different products mixed.

Q5: How do you ship the goods?

A: We can ship the goods by sea, air, train or courier.

A: As usual, you are suggested to send the payment by t.t, 100% t.t in advance for order value less than $5000, for bigger order, it’s 30% deposit and 70% t.t against B/L copy.
