Cement Grout:
1.Advantage
Micro-expansive (or non-shrink) after placement, oil seep resisting;
Does not contain any gas generating additives, such as aluminum powder;
Additives free of chlorine and alkali (K +, NA +), Materials with good durability;
Use of imported additives to improve bearing area;
2.Typical Properties
Fluidity: ≥280
Vertical expansion ratio:≥0.020
Compression strength:
1 day: ≥22Mpa;3 days: ≥50Mpa;28 days: ≥80Mpa

3.Uses
Grouting for foundations of crane track; Installation of anchors and connecting reinforcements;
Support of tanks and vessels; Grouting for machinery baseplates to maintain precision alignment;
Non-shrink grouting of structural steel and precast concrete.
4.Packaging
A Series of Ocean Cement Grout is supplied in 25.0kg paper-plastic compound bags.
Water addition.
Water adding amount of on-site preparation is about 3.25 ~ 3.75 liters /bag, the maximum water adding amount must not exceed 4.0 liters /bag.
Storage and shelf life.
Store in a cool dry place. Shelf life of unopened bag in correct storage conditions is 12 month. Higher humidity will reduce the shelf life.
