Low melt bonding fiber is a sheath/core bi-component bonding fiber. Sheath is modified polyester, and core is normal PET. The fiber has a self-bonding property at specific low temperature to allow
mutual bonding between the fibers with lower energy consumption. It can be used for the replacement of resin, so that the nonwoven has good bonding strength with less environmental contamination. There are 2 different melting points of low melt fiber: 110℃ & 260℃.
