There are two main components: bioactive glass (BAG) and sodium hyaluronate (Na-HA). 
1. The main structure of bioactive glass is silicate, which has good biocompatibility. It can exchange calcium, sodium and phosphorus with human tissue fluid, resulting in local increase of PH value and reduction of bacterial infection. At the same time, it has good biomechanical properties. Under the continuous action of connective tissue, BAG forms hydroxyl carbonate. Apatite-based frameworks attract fibroblasts and epithelial cells, and become hotbeds for the growth of new tissues. Therefore, BAG can alleviate inflammation in the early stage of wound recovery. In the middle stage, BAG can make new tissues grow rapidly and orderly. In the late stage, BAG can inhibit granulation growth and reduce scar formation. 
2. Sodium hyaluronate can form a "film" on the wound surface to protect the wound from pathogens and promote healing. In aqueous solution, it can dissociate into hyaluronic acid (HA) rapidly, which can increase the number of type III collagen, decrease the number of type I collagen and reduce the scar of wound; inhibit the production of prostaglandin E2 and oxygen free radicals, reduce inflammation; at the same time, hypoxic environment is conducive to tissue repair and promote capillaries. Epithelial proliferation accelerates healing process.
