Potato chips baking production line

 1. Mixer
The equipment has vertical, horizontal, for the dough production, after the mixing process kneading, rolling, folding, modulation of smooth surface, with good elasticity, toughness and extension of the dough, toughness and cookies are applicable
2.  Tipping Machine
The equipment dumps the dough cart together with the dough and feeds the dough into the molding machine, which can be used to improve work efficiency.
3.Dough conveyor
The device slices or crusher the dough and delivers it up a slope to a hopper.
4.Three-Roll Sheeter
3pc Roller as T form,it can press the dough twice through one roller.And it is convenience for the dough go inside the Roller for pressing.
5.B/C/D Gauge Roll
B/C/D sheeter is necessary machine for making hard biscuit. The function is pressing the dough sheet continuously until the thickness of the dough as required.
It is also have relaxing device to eliminate the stress on the surface of dough sheet,which is fulfill the requirements of the technology of the biscuit making.
6.E Dandy ROLL
The device is used to make potato chips that are pressed to produce the striated effect
7.Rotary Cutter
Rotary cutter is forming machine for Hard biscuit.Realistic pattern and cut out the required biscuit mould
8.Slope Separate Machine
Dough sheets after going through Rotary cutter and Formed into biscuit sheet ,and the scrap will be conveyed to hopper after Separating.
9.Side scrap return system
Dough sheet after cutting become into biscuit shape, going through Separate Machine, Scrap will transport by conveyor to hopper for reuse.
10.Enter oven machine
This unit connected with forming machine to transport biscuit sheet to the belt of oven.
11.Steel structure tunnel oven
According to customer needs:Hot-air circulation electric baking oven .Steel structure direct combustion gas oven.Hybrid Oven.Hot-air Circulation Electrical Baking Oven.Steel structure electric oven
12.Oven Driven
The power system is conveyed by steel belt with oven net
13.Band cleaning brush
Cleaning the oven band.
14.Out-oven Machine And Peeling machine
This unit is used for connecting the biscuit coming out from oven and the other relate equipment.
15.Oil sprayer
This equipment used in spraying oil onto biscuit. It makes the biscuit has shine color. Taste more crispy. It is adopt centrifugal discs, it can spray oil onto biscuit both side.
16.Turning Machine
This machine is auxiliary equipment for saving the space of workshop,when the length of workshop not enough,it can use this machine to change transport direction after biscuit baking .In order to use the space reasonable.(the angle can be 90 degree or 180 degree)
17.Cooling conveyor
Cooling conveyor is used for biscuit cooling naturally after bake.
18.Stacker(Star wheel and Discrepancy speed)
Stacker is used for stacking biscuit, use star wheel and discrepancy device enable the biscuit coming into rows and transport to packaging table for pack.
19.Packing conveyor
Packaging table connect with stacker,it is facilitate workers to have the finished biscuit boxes and goods transferred to the packaging machine
