Rigid PVC Sheet and film------produced by calendered line

1.Application: It is used for vaccum thermoforming food packing, folding packaging box, printing, pharmaceutical medicine packaging and stationery packing, can pack drug, food, hardware, motor and car fittings, toy, cosmetics, gift, garments etc.

2.Thickness: 0.06mm - 0.90mm(60micron – 900micron)

3.Width: 80mm – 1370mm

4.Colors: Gloss clear, transparent color and opaque color

5.Surface: Glossy, frosted

6.Form: by roll or cut sheet form

7.Net weight: around 50kgs per roll or pack

8.Outer diameter: ≤600mm

9.Inner core diameter: 3"(76mm)

10.Advantage: Used the first grade virgin material, uniform thickness, accurate size without any deviation, no scratch, less water waves and fish eye.

11.Packing: PE film or PE bag inside, then in craft paper or put into carton with PP strip wrapped, last with or without pallet. 20' container can be loaded about 20tons.

12.MOQ: 500kgs for clear PVC, 1000kgs for colored PVC or frosted PVC.
