Components

 

1.Coiled material production line

Via batching system,measured out the formulation of the material need for production line,and formula material adhered in the molding firm or tire base fabric

A system device after forming ,roll extrusion,film and sand to produce the required coil type of membrane.

 

2.Material mixture preparation

The raw material,stone powder,powder,heavy oil,ration by a certain proportion,through the high temperature mixing to form of required waterproof amterial type.

 

3.Smoke purification device

Collecting the substantial smoke in the production process from forming system and distribution system.A system device that through the electric oil trap-----activated carbon tank (adsorbed CO,SO2and other toxic and harmful gases)---Spray  tower (filter out  particles)--chimney discharge of non-toxic gas.

4.Thermal process system

 By means of the boiler combustion(oil,nature gas,coal) or electric heating system,heating the circulation conducting oi,control the temperature of the heat conduction oil

A system device provide the required temperature to material distribution system,conveying system and production system.

5.Cooling water recycling  system

By cooling water tray and cooling roller in the production molding system,to lower the temperature of the finished products.To lower the temperature of the material which need to cool down in the material distribution system.For a  better separation of the dust in the environmental protection system.

 

 

Working process 

1.The production process of waterproof roll is to heat the asphalt by heat conduction oil furnace and melt it.

2.After mixed modification of asphalt, rubber powder, waste oil, resin and talc powder, it will be imported into the production line, and then the tire base will be formed.

3.Asphalt modified waterproof material made from front and back composite pefilm or rock particles.

4.The material is formed from the tread base to the cooling, and automatically adjusted by tension, towed to the roll-felt machine, rolled into finished material.
