1. How to order?

Tell us what product and quantity you need. Sales representative then will confirm details and send PI to you. We’ll also need your address and phone number for the delivery. After payment is confirmed, we’ll make shipment.

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Shipping time is submitted to your country and location. Distant areas will usually take 1-2 days longer, but you will get the parcel in no more than 7 days (by DHL).

3. How long is your warranty?

We offer 6 months quality gurantee for batteries and 3 months for atomizers. If defected products were found, contact us in 3 days and we’ll replace it for you for free.

4. When and how can I contact you for assistance?

You can contact our sales representative any time by e-mail or trade messenger, they will response to you in one hour.

We normally have HKDHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT and HKEMS availiable and the shipping fee is submitted to several factors: product weight, size, your address and timeliness, so  you may choose the most appropriate way to deliver your goods.
