1.Brief introduction:

This machine is used for roller printing and forming of walnut biscuit, which makes semi-finished biscuits of various shape and weight through roller printing and it can also make walnut biscuit with sesame and almond on it and freely adjust the size of the biscuit according to customers’ requirements. It is not only can make walnut biscuit, but also can make cookie and different kinds of soft biscuit, just to change the moulds. Besides, this machine is simple in structure and the split blade is equipped with adjusting device through which the blade can be adjusted to the optimized position. The printing roller is specially designed to eradicate the problem of unevenness during splitting due to blade wearing out. The embossed roller is located in approximately vertical position for the convenience of replacement. The machine varies in hot-wind rotary oven baking type and tunnel oven baking type.
