EPOXY FATTY ACID METHYL ESTERS PVC  PLASTICIZER  ----EFAME is a kind of environmetal epoxy plasticizer, which made from natural plant oil through etherification and epoxidation. It has very good intermiscibility with PVC resin also low cost. and it can partial or even totally replace DOP and DBP for PVC products' plasticizer.

Application

EFAME can efficiently substitute DOP and DBP in production of PVC products, and contributes 20~30

portion quantity of the plasticizers in total.Epoxy Fatty Acid Methyl Ester has higher flash

point and high epoxy value, mainly use for high-end PVC soft products, such as foaming PVC leather,

garment leather electric ,wire,cable, etc.

1.High epoxy value .The higher the epoxy value ,the less the epoxy value will be reduced when meets

high temperature .the effect of plasticizer will not be reduce , and can reduce the cost of PVC products

with more substitution .
