Q: What format of the design file is ok?

A: PDF, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW file will be fine.

Q: How long it takes to do the sample?

A: The sample time is 3 to 4 days.

Q: Can you provide physical samples?

A: Yes, we provide physical sample. 

Q: How about the shipping?

A: By express ( DHL, UPS or FedEx ), and it takes 4 days.
