SEB KAMADO: We can assure you of it, all our package has passed the ISTA-2B and for sample order, the wooden case is packed outside again to protect it. Very well packaged ^_^

Q3: What's the colors available? Can I put my logo on the grill?
SEB KAMADO: Customized color is accpetable and the popular colors is Black, Red and Red. And logo on the grill is no problem. You can advise us your logo, so that we can help to check which is the best way to make customizations
Q4: What's the delivery time once order placed?
SEB KAMADO: In the slack season, orders should be finished and ready for shipment in 20 days. And for the peak season, it all depends on production shcedule. You can advise us what's the expected arrival day, then we can negotiate with factory about it.
Q5: What's the warranty?
