Standard Warranty

One year limited warranty on WebiTelecomms Products(Except man-made,natural disaster,special environmental corrosion).

Extended Warranty

3-Year limited warranty on WebiTelecomms Products, upon registration for extended warranty.

Standard and Extended Warranty Terms/Conditions

WebiTelecomms guarantees that all Products are free of production defects and will honor warranty claims except where: 
1 Product has been altered in such way as to affect the Product.
2 Product has been subject to negligence by Buyer.
3 Product has not been used in accordance with normal practices and/or the recommendations.
4 Product has been destroyed by natural disaster,special environmental corrosion

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS. Buyer shall notify WebiTelecomms in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect. Failure to do so, will disqualify the Product from its warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS. Upon receiving notice of defective Product, WebiTelecomms will negotiate with buyer how to handle the defects,compensation,replacement or refund the purchanse price in new business.

Both WebiTelecomms & the Buyer agree that this warranty and all legal action between each other shall be construed under and governed by the rules of the China Busines Council in the buyer's country.
