ZYC Laboratory Deionized Water Machine
ZYC series routine analysis ultrapure water machine is the best choice to instead of distilling water machine. It can produce standard grade III RO water (2-10us/cm) and grade I DI water (15-18.25MΩ.cm) to laboratory experiments. The purifying system uses automatic control circuit board with low power, safy, simple, convenient and monitoring online function to completely meet users' requirements.
Working Conditions of Laboratory Deionized Water Machine
Feed water have certain requirements. Feed water quality and environmental changes affect system’s capacity. Failure to meet the requirements of feed water may result in contamination and damage to membrane components. If the equipment is operated under non-standard production conditions, the equipment performance is impaired and is not covered by the warranty.
Source water source: city tap water or groundwater
Minimum water supply pressure: 0.1-0.5MPa (pressure at minimum feed water flow rate.)
Water temperature: 5 ~ 35 ℃

Working Process of Laboratory Deionized Water Machine
*. The machine is mainly composed by pre-treatment collumn, RO membrane and ultrapure cartridge;
*. Prea-treatment collumn: remove sediment, rust, suspended matter, residual chlorine, color, smell, calcium and maganesium;
*. RO membrane: 0.0001-0.001um; remove more than 99% salt ions, organics, microorganism, bacteria, etc.
*. Ultrapure cartridge: produce 15-18.25MΩ.cm ultrapure water.
*. 0.2um terminal filter: filtrate colloid and free resin.
*. UV lamp: 9999-12000 hours; disinfect water.
*. UF module: 8000 dalton; filtrate bacteria and endotoxin.
