 Describe of Coconut Palm Jute Fiber Processing Machine:

This production line apply to the fiber processing of coconut, palm & Jute, and consist of belt conveyor, rotary screen, coconut fiber machine, coco peat baling machine, dust hood etc. 

1.Peeling the materials

2.Soaking(disposing the electrolyte & soften the materials)

3.Extracting the fiber

4.Separating fiber & coco peat

5.Baling the fiber & coco peat 

Working Process of Coconut Palm Jute Fiber Processing Machine: 

1. By worker or conveyor, the raw material is sent to feeding device and come into the machine.

2. The raw material is broken by the blades on the rotating main shaft.

3. Breaking Principle:The material is rotated, stirred and rubbed into fiber by machine, come out fr om outlet.

4. Generally the result fiber still need to be screened one more time, so it can become end fiber.

5. Then use hydraulic bailing press machine packing coconut fiber.
