Dongguan HAIWEI 8T 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder for punching machine

 

1. For decoiler part:
(1). Mandrel hydraulic expansion.

 

(2). Motorized press arm device equipping with loop payoff tracking device.

 

(3). Limit arm device. Clamp & guide coil in width directly, preventing coil slid during running.

 

(4). Spindle was driven by AC motor+inveter, payoff strips smoothly and speed adjustable.

 

(5). Loop contol method: Electric eye loop control system.

 

(6). Pneumatic disc brake device.

 

(7). Hydraulic taikstock arm device(OPTIONAL part). It was mainly used to support decoiler's spindle on one end, especially coil weight is heavier than 10T, making the decoiler have enough loading capacity and long life time.

2. For straightener feeder part:

1).  Feeding and straigtening roller material is GCr15, finished heat treament, hard chrome plated, grind etc, surface hardness comes HRC 58-60.         

 
2). Driven by servo motor+speed reducer, power transmitted via gears   

 

3). Backup roller device. There are a column of backup roller set arranged on both upper and lower straightening rollers, enhancing machine has enough straightening capaity, especially for high tensile steel, stainless steel etc.

4). Straightening roller gap ELECTRIC adjustment device. Driven by 2 set servo motor+gear box to driven upper straightening roller up and down to adjsut straightener roller gap.

        

5). Bend arm device and material entrance assist device. They are mainly used to insert and guide strip head into straightener entrance automatically and conveniently. 

6). Pass line height ELECTRIC adjustment device. Driven by AC motor via chains+SWL(Screw worm Lift device)

 

3. Electric & elctronic control system.

3 in 1 uncoiler straightener feeder machine not only combination of 3 machines, but also the 3 machine are controlled by ONE control system, the cabeniet+control box controls mechanical movement, hydraulic action, pneumatic action, electric signal etc.

Option Accessory:

1. Auto. loading car

It was mainly used to load, carry, lift and then install coil on decoiler's mandrel automatically.

 

2. Flip-top device.

It was driven by 2 set hydraulic cylinder and open straightener part some angles, convenient to clean straightening rollers off impurity sticked on rollers. Especially suitable for soft material such Aluminum etc.

 

3. Scrap hydraulic shear. 

It was mainly used to cut strip head and end. Upper shear blad was driven by hraulic cylinders, independent hydraulic staion provide oil pressure.

4. Oil feeder.

It was mainly used to roll or paint lubrication oil on strips both sides or single side to reduce stamping dies temperature and ensure product quality especially for deep draw products.
