1. How long can I expect my order?
Since we are wholesaler, we need time to arrange production after you make the payment. About the turnaround time of the order, it’s 3-8 weeks according to different eyelashes, you can contact with our customer service representatives for details. After the production is done, we will arrange to dispatch the order and it normally take 2-7 days to different countries.
2. How much is the shipping?
We will inform you the shipping cost before shipment. Because lashes are light, but they need a lot space with packaging. When the forwarder get order items, they would evaluate the shipping cost by both actual weight and dimensional weight. And for lashes, the actual weight may be less than the dimensional weight, and the forwarder would take the bigger one. So we are not able to estimate the shipping cost before the lashes is ready, however we have long-term cooperation with the forwarder and they offer discount for us, and we never add profit on shipping cost for our clients. After the production is finished, we will inform our clients the shipping cost, and they pay it before shipment. You can use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or other efficiency according to your preference.
3. Can you ship to my country?
We can send to almost every country on earth and different shipping methods are available for different countries. Please note it's your own responsibility to find out about the import tax situation in your own country
