Q1:How to order?
A: If you are interested in our products, please confirm which items, quantity, packing details and other OEM requirements with us. We will make a proforma invoice for your order.
The second method is that you can draw the Trade Assurance order on product pages. Please notice to write down your delivery information clearly.
We will deliver the goods ASAP when we receive your payment.
Q2. What is your samples policy?
A: Samples are available. The client will bear the sample fees, the freight and other possible cost themselves. If we can reach formal order, the sample fees can be returned.( based on the sample fees are are not too much)
Q3. How long is the delivery time?
A: Our delivery time depends on your order qty and our actual production schedule.
In normal case: 3~5 days in stock; 7-20 working days out of stock after deposit.
Q4. What’s your terms of payment?
A: TT, 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before goods delivery. Also PayPal, Western Union, L/C could be accepted.

Q5. What’s the delivery method?
A: Such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS... We have our own partner shipping forwarder. One Touch who can give us a more favourable price. But if you like to use your own ship agent, we are fine with it. All to cater for your needs.
