1. Main Machine Salient features
1. Machine body
Using premium casting normalizing heat treatment and natural aging treatment to stabilize inner structure which guarantee strong wear-resisting , non-distortion during working operation.
2. Grinding wheel and Regulating wheel devices
The grinding wheel designed as moving layout while grinding bracket fixed.
The grinding wheel is cantilever structure, its spindle is adopted multi-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing .
The spindle of regulating wheel is designed for double bracing type, as well as double cylindrical roll bearings which with better rigidity and higher precise grinding .
Lubrication thermostat equipped in grinding wheel spindle.
AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel step-less speed control, as well as reverse towing prevent function.
3. Feeding device
The regulating wheel feeding side is equipped with double”V” roller guideway and servo motor that drives ball screws.
4. Dressing device
Grinding wheel dressing device reciprocating guide is adopted double “V”roller guide and gear motor drives the ball screw to achieve stepless speed.

5.Cooling system
The coolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.
6. Electrical control device
Operation by 10.4 inch touchable panel to realize man-machine conversation , set automatic cut-in grinding program, feeding depth, speed and time are adjustable , PLC and CNC control systems are optional.
The machine body is modularization design with nice appearance . Its configuration can be selected as client’s need.
2. Feeding and Blanking devices

Whole process : Feeding racks → roller driving device → centerless grinder
→ blanking roller → receiving racks
The automatic bar feeding and receiving machine for centerless grinder is made up of two parts: auto-feeding system and auto-receiving system. With the application of this machine, manpower and working intensity can be reduced and the bumping damage resulting from the grinding process can be avoided. So it improves production efficiency, lowers the production cost effectively, decreases the quantity of workers and realizes one worker multiple machine. It substantially cut the production cost of the products.
