MACHINE OVERVIEW

EVA powder grinding machine is a new style of energy conservation,enviroment protection recycling equipment. It’s suitable for recycle rubber and plastic foam scrap as MD.EVA.SBR.RB.PE .Sponge etc. Traditional scrap recycling usually use crasher(22kw) to crash scrap fisrtly and then extruding to sheet by rubber &plastic open mill(55kw),the output is about 100kg(require 3-4 workers),the physical property, chemical property of scrap easy to be destroyed afterhigh-temperature extrusion,so that the rate of recycling is low,EVA powder grinding machine adopts the roller which is high-speed and water cooling, the motor is 45kw,machine can keep running in 24 hours and operated by one worker. Output is about 120150kg(depends on scrap material) The product-powder kees its physical property,chemical property due to no-crushed,un-extruding and mill the scrap directly , the particle size of powder is near 80-120 mesh, the temperature is close to normal temperature(60°C)in addition to all these advantage powder addition can add 10-20kg more per kneading, the foam sheet has 3-5 mm thicker,higher density, no chromatism,shorter kneading time, mixer shaft more safe to use,not easy to break and production increase greatly.Each machine can make 1500 yuan profit for enterprise per day.
