1. High Speed: Max. rotational speed of is 200r/min(recycle material) and 250r/min(new material) for four shuttle.

2. The full intelligent touch screen has centralized operation and display. Speed and weft density can be adjusted without machine stop. Fault area, rotational speed, output, shift, meter, password will be displayed visually.

3. High sensitive bluetooth wireless weft detection system will stop machine while weft breaking and weft ending to avoid low density.

4. Automatic synchronous winding motor is equipped for rewinder, which does not wear the surface of friction cloth and woven cloth, and prevents the defects of the fabric when moving or changing the weft yarn.

5. Swing lever with dustproof device (patent) can increase its lifespan more than doubled when weave recycled material or filling master material than ordinary ones.

6. 2.2kw DC variable frequency motor (without encoder) or DC synchronous brushless motor are adopted.

7. Suspension device is equipped to increase shuttle wheel’s lifespan, suspension roller, shuttle wheel and swing lever roller can be used for more than one year.

8. Plastic flat yarn will not be pressed and damaged by shuttle wheel, which ensures woven fabric’s transparency, brightness, intensity and evenness.

9. Original imported bearings from the UK and Japan are adopted for key parts, like main shaft, swing lever, suspension roller, shuttle wheel, heddle belt roller.

10. Production data will be recorded automatically and preserved permanently to ensure the accuracy of output calculation.

11. Machines can be connected to office computer; data can be read or printed directly.

12. The circular loom can be made with hollow shaft to produce not only ordinary woven bags, but also woven bag with liner-inserting.
