1.Q:Who are we ? 

A: We , Quanzhou Hengxin Paper Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, specialized in manufacturing Toilet paper machine,/Kitehcen towel machine/Facial tissue machine/Hand towel machine, and relevant cutting machine and packing machine, since 1998. We have about two decades experience on manufacture ONLY PAPER MACHINERY, WE ARE PROFESSIONAL. My factory is located in Quanzhou city, workshop area is about 4000 m2, with more than 50 professional technicians.

2.Q:What is our payment terms?

A:Our general payment terms is T/T. After confirmed machine details, client need to pay 30% of the total amount by T/T to start the order.  After machine finished and tested, and client feel satisfied (client can come and test the machine or we send machine testing videos to them) then pay 70% by T/T before shipping.(For other payment terms, need to be agreed by buyer and seller both parts.)

3.Q:What is our delivery time?

A: Normally, our delivery time is 60 days, Different clients have different requirements, so all the machine only start production after ordered. And most of the machine main spare parts we process ourselves to make sure precision and quantity, If order standard size which have ready spare parts can shorten the delivery time to 45 days if you are lucky.(Asking the sales in advance)

4.Q:What is our warranty?

A:our warranty is one year start from machine arrive the client’s place, the parts can be replaced for free within one year(not including the easy-wear parts like blade), but the after-sales service is all machine lifetime, any problems happen can contact us, we will try our best to help you out of trouble.

1.If you are new to this business. We will provide properly program from jumbo roll paper to finished products, to help you get familiar with this line and start business well.
2. We can special made machine according to client’s requirement.

3. We can recommend related raw material suppliers to you like jumbo roll, packing film if you like.

4 .We can help you to find shipping forwarder and get the documents you need for customs clearance to help you make it easy.

5.We have engineer installation service, We send technician to your factory to help you install and train your workers to operate our machine. If you want to send workers to my factory to study also welcome.
